I was commissioned to write a piece in honour of General (Ret.) Vic Lanctis, and  his completion of a 'satisfying career' in the Canadian military.

It is a bright two-part 4/4 march entitled "The Empty Helmet" The tune saw its debut at the 2024 Royal International Nova Scotia Tattoo.
